Return and Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, here's how returns and refunds work.
Your Right to Cancel
You can cancel an order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. To cancel, email us at info@emartgh.com with your order number.
Once we receive the returned item, we'll refund you within 14 days using your original payment method — no extra fees.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Returned within 14 days of purchase
- Unused and undamaged
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase
Some items can't be returned, including:
- Custom or personalized products
- Perishable goods or items past their expiry date
- Items that are unsealed after delivery for health or hygiene reasons (e.g. earphones, personal care items)
- Goods that have been mixed with other items after delivery
We reserve the right to decline returns that don't meet these conditions. Sale items are final and can't be refunded, except where required by law.
How to Return an Item
You're responsible for the cost and safe delivery of returning an item to us. Please send returns to:

We recommend using a trackable, insured delivery service — we can't be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit, and refunds can only be issued once we've received the item.
Gifts
If your item was marked as a gift at checkout and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit once we process the return.
If it wasn't marked as a gift, or was shipped to the purchaser first, the refund will go to the original purchaser.
